I know exactly what it’s like to be unfit, suffering from back and shoulder pain and going through depression. I’ve been there herself. In my early life, I always had a passion for health and fitness but never had the support and encouragement to follow my passion. Let’s just say that I never had the right to drive my life.
In 2004, I decided to change my life and my body. I wanted to start Pilates as I found it the true meaning of exercise. I signed up first to study personal and nutrition. But life again came in my way and I had to care for my youngest daughter who needed medical attention, alone in a new country with tow little children. So my passion and dream had to wait again, but never died in me.
10 years later, I found the opportunity to start my Pilates teacher training. Having experienced the transformational impact of Pilates and fitness training and eating healthily first-hand on my life and keeping me strong mentally and physically, I decided to take my passion and help others experience the amazing results of Pilates. I opened “Body Contrology” my boutique Pilates and PT studio in 2016.
Maisa is a truly outstanding personal trainer. She draws on her impressive expertise in health and a range of fitness disciplines to design a tailored program to achieve individual fitness goals. But most of all for a newbie starting with low self-esteem she provided me with the encouragement and reassurance (albeit with a firm hand) to break through my mental and physical limits.
Maisa has a wonderful personality, a great attitude and an enthusiastic commitment to her work ethic and clients. I would recommend her without reservation.
