It is comprised of in-person training (in Pacoe Vale), personalised nutrition plans, online educational content through a private facebook group with a strong focus on re-programming your mindset for sustained and ongoing improvements in all aspects of life.

These sessions are NOT CrossFit, we’ve left out the weightlifting and technical gymnastics movements and focused on fat burning, lean muscle building, high-intensity circuit training sessions. They focus on body weight movements and different forms of cardio to make you fitter, stronger, better.
It’s 12 weeks of “no-nonsense” fat burning workouts combined with eating right and the accountability of like-minded people

CONVENIENT

Commit to 3,2 or one day a week. Whatever suit your budget and lifestyle. Attend your preferred 45 minute session as you like – morning, evening or both. Just show up and follow the workout.

  • Free Weekly Home Workout Plans, to keep you accountable and you can do anywhere, anytime in case you couldn’t make it to the sessions and you want to add extra days to your training regime (usually $25/week)
