A consistent fitness program makes your body strong and flexible, helps you think more clearly and makes you feel more confident – and that goes for both kids and adults. Pilates helps develop a general understanding on the importance of connecting the mind and body with fitness, and such benefits are clearly in the interest of building a solid foundation for an active, healthy lifestyle. And Pilates isn’t just about going through the motions; it’s about the experience one gets out of it and the familiarity you gain with understanding your own body.
Through Pilates, children can learn to love their bodies no matter what. It is an exercise that helps them become healthier and stronger individuals – physically AND mentally. And what’s more important than that?
Mat classes are 45 minutes, and studio is 60 minutes
Mat: Tuesday 4.00pm-4.45pm & 5.00pm-5.45pm
during each term we run classes, start at the beginning of the school term and finishes at at the last week of the school term
Term 1 $108 (6 weeks) or $20 per casual class
Term 2 $162 (9 weeks) $20 per casual class
Term 3 $180 (10 weeks) or $20 per casual class
Term 4 $180 (10 Weeks) or$20 per casual class
Due to the specificity, attention and training studio classes cost are global to all clients regardless of age.
Boys & Girls 11-18 years (if younger, please consult studio for suitability)
Maximum 4 participants per studio group, and 8 per mat class.
No current injuries (if any conditions, please consult studio for suitability)
Youth Pilates is also providing matwork programs for schools to run as part of their fitness programs.
